Dust Snow: The Drowned World
I recently learned of the artist Dash Snow, and his tormented drug fueled and beautiful work. I was lucky enough to attend the opening reception of Dash Snow: The Drowned World here in NYC. It was exceptional. Happy and sad and everything in between. He and I were the same age, which totally effected my perspective of the work, but it seemed as though everyone there felt they also had some connection to him. Which says alot I think.
